Lying/Prone Feature

Obviously they already have walking and crouching, but what if they added a new feature, like the ability to be able to go prone/Lying Down. It could open up new methods of stealth and sniping, and i think it would make the game more fun. Thoughts? Discuss.

Nope. I think we've gone through this suggestion at a some point, too. And as expected, with no greater praise nor support.

I mean, think about it. What does it actually do in the end? People tend to do one block high covers after that, which makes it a pain in the ass to walk anywhere anymore.
As in stealth, it could make it more exciting... but way easier. I think the current state of stealth in the game is in the good spot aleady, we have the walking and all. No-one's spotted me that easily when I go into stealth mode.

Ever Play Mw2 where you shoot a guy and he just lies down in front of you? that would happen if this were implement.
