Ahh sorry, did it from a tablet. On a computer now.
Basically what I said was:

Open it in sumopaint.
Use the eyedropper tool.
Once you have the color, bring out the line tool.
Drag it up to the 4 center pixels.
Only cover the bottom two. Leave the top two uncovered.
Erase the rest of the surrounding red lines coming from the center four red squares.

It'll make it look 10x better.

Exactly what I was thinking, but you could also take the color from the gun itself. and leave 2 red pieces up at the top where the 4 red dots were when you lined it up.
