Spade melee not even worth it

It always makes me laugh when I'm sprinting with a spade and a sniper tries blowing my head off.

The spade does 85 HP damage, so two hits will kill an enemy.
Personally, I like the spade as it is now, no need to change it. :)

The spade is fine, it's supposed to be used for sneak attacks I think.

The spade is pretty well balanced. It's a great ambush weapon and stealth killer, but the range makes it unforgiving considering how fragile everyone is.

Even at default damage, it is not too bad, as you need to really sneak behind people carefully to get 2-4 hits on them, to kill them. However I do believe some servers have kept the damage higher, where it takes 1-2 hits

i think you should be able to sprint with the spade at arms so you could speed run people, and 1 hit kills for a spade would be pretty cool,espicaly in spade'n nade servers

In reality, spade cant kill people in 1 hit. Except that the guy can kill ppl with 1 hit is a superman or something :D

Not true.If you hit someone in the back of the neck with enough force,even a stone can do the job. It is the T-Zone. If a bullet gets in there,you are dead before you hit the ground.

Im talking bout the normal spade you use to dig grounds.
But yes, i havent see a combat spade.
