I know, I know, this isn't Battlefield.

Still, medkits and ammo boxes help gameplay and teamwork. Alot.
I think it would improve the gameplay quite a bit, especially in situations when you are on the other side of the map in a heated battle and run out of ammo, or win a firefight against multiple enemies to capture the intel, only to attempt to escape with 3% health..

In these situations, it is more irratating than anything else, it would be really cool if team mates could choose to provide these type of support. (maybe a third one could be added to this to make it a 1, 2 or 3 type choice.

Anyway, what do you guys think?

i like this idea and why dont they make this a whole nother class so like an engineer that has those boxes and a heavy machine gun that has to be placed and he has a pistol?

I am not a big fan of medkits or ammo boxes. Ammo and health conservation are issues that you should constantly be aware of. I don't think you should choose to waste your last 10 ammo going for kills when you should use it to get back to the tent safely. I don't think you should attempt to cap the intel alone.

The only way I would see either of these things suggested is as non-self castable abilities. Eg "share ammo" give some of your ammo to someone close (when you crosshair over a friendly within 3 blocks it shows "Press Q to give ammo" on the left and "Press E to bandage" on the right). Ammo is definitely better than grenades, and I think everyone would take that choice even if the ammo was only 10.

Well I think this game needs a better squad system.

Whit that I mean a full squad let's say 4 players needs to combine kills to get let's say mortar emplacement or triage center and ammo centers or heavy machine gun emplacement. So when you place those emplacements you need proper defense or els the enmey will destroy it.something like a forward operation base.building forts has more use then.

Yeah, when I'm on the other side of a map, I'm not going back to the CP to get more ammo, that's just silly.
I either have to die, or go on a spade rampage.

I would like to be able to get resupplied on the other side of the map.

As for all the other stuff, It's not a part of the suggestion, merely the conversation, all I want is to be able to resupply, without dying or wasting time running all the way back across the map.. that's just silly.

At least let me pick up ammo from dead players or something.. anything!

Wouldn't it be faster just to learn ammo management rather than make all these suggestions to give yourself more ammo?

That would make sense if it would be done that way:

It would count as...Tertiary item (but there are no actual secondaries yet), with one being grenades, the other being medkit, and the last one being ammo crates.

Discuss mechanics of that your way, that's my three/two cents in here.
