Darkscope v4. [WIP] (Help needed!)

This is Darkscope V4. Please download and CnC. No screenies for now because false or old screenies can throw people off. Screenies only when finished please, so do not post any.

A sound filer would be appreciated who is able to make as many sounds as possible. Perferablly going in the theme of the pack. Anyone who can take a look at the pack and add onto it will be added to the contributor list and will be credited heavily based on what they did.

Bugs:

The spade is backwards. :FIXED
The target.png isn't working :Fixing
when you use the tracer.bmp the game cannot load : FIXED (tracer.bmp removed from pack)
block does not light up (the T) : Testing
the bottom of the CP is not teamcolor :Testing
the intel just looks bad : Fixed

Can you please re-upload the sound files? They are lost on my PC due to reinstall. Mediafire says they where removed.
Updated download with most bugs fixed.
