The title says everything.
A bouble appears at the player who's saying something.
The text will then appear in the bouble and make people see who's talking.
It's kind of hard to see players so what about a floating name over their head?
I've used the search button and this haven't being suggested.

Would the enemies see the text too when you put it into global chat, or would it be teammates only?

This is a pretty good idea, it can be hard to put a match between ingame players and players talking. When the guy says "let's move up" you don't really know if it is the guy 3 blocks away or the guy 300 blocks away.

It's a good idea. Though when someone is not in your FOV, his bubbles shouldn't be visible either.

Well obviously, if you can't see a player how would anyone expect you to see the bubble above his head?

Nobody said it and it would be stupid if bubbles appeared through voxels. Word "Either" kinda slipped there.

I'm not quite sure would I prefer just a bubble that just whos this guy made a chat message, or one which says what he says.

Sorry for my misspelling of "bubble" english isn't my first language really.
Anyways I thought this might make the teamwork much better as said, and I think that it's kind of hard to recognize who is talking.
I mean sometimes you may want to see a guy's name without pointing at him.

Perhaps there could be a chat bubble only if the length of the message isn't more than 50 chars?

Yes, I thought of something like that.
The color of the bubble will also be in a more green/blue color when talking in team chat.
