A bayonette could deal half the damage of the spade, and having a slower RoF than the spade.
It could cut through 1 block at a time and it won't add anything to your blocks cache.
Also make it only available for Semi-Rifle, because its not necessary for the shotgun and SMG.

yep yep.
a little bit more WW-like-thingy. I ike it.

It's a OK idea but it would unbalance against other weapons. Tons of people allready use the rifle due to one-hit-ko'ing so adding a bayonet to it too would make everyone use the rifle... So unless you want shotguns to have bayonnets(U mad?) , this will unbalance gameplay.

Ok let's come up with counter balancing ideas, bayonet(modifier) for rifles , scope/laser sight modifiers for SMG, Double barrel shotgun attachment. Weapon modification in AoS would be EPIC!

And any semblence of weapon balance is thrown out the window.

We are here because the Universe offers conditions so life can evolve,to the point where(at least one)species,in a small planet around a star lost between millions of galaxies,is able to ask itself:What was my origin? (M. Gleiser)

Doesn't make much sense to me, any good player will just swap to shovel rather than meleeing with bayonet anyway...
