My idea is to make it when rather then when you get hurt. Thats it. You gotta get back to base to heal. Instead, there should be a system that when you get hurt. Atleast you start healling very little. Like a system where you get hurt and you go down to 50 health. Then 10 health points will take 2 minutes. Making the system very slow, and it is set to an amount of health you can go to. Like if you go down to 70 health. You heal up to 85 health and then you have to get back to base to heal the rest up.
Also, those servers with these type of med-kits? Maybe the game should have a type of med-kit. The drawback of the med-kit should be like, you can only use it when your below a certain health, or you ally can only heal you when they have the med-kit in their hand and they touch you. It should also not heal that much.
The bad things that could happen in the healing process is lets say a player gets hurt. You don't know when they are going to come out but they're regenerating health while you wait for them to peek out. Or a thing could happen that the moment they are about to die, they regenerate some health. Allowing them to live and kill you.
But the thing it. I hate it when i'm rushing the other team, I get hurt, and if I peek out once again I will likely die. And i'm also very far away from my own tent so I can do nothing but wait, then die.
