Better physics

Got a great new idea for the game?

Better physics

Ive destroyed building and i HATE the physics. I mean Ive broken all but 1 block on a 2 story building and it didn't fall! that's so unrealistic i think you need to add a weight system to the game.

I think that's too complicated for an early stage beta indy game.

I have to agree with both sides here. Realistically its mind-boggling how it remains upright, but a) as simox said, its too complicated, b) I would rather not make it easier to grief structures, and c) physics include nade gravity and all that, i think there should be an option to throw further
ARGUING FTW, until I start losing -_-

@OP
Go ask Ken Silverman /o Ben Aksoy. This is Voxlap's physics stuff, not the game.

It's not like Ben couldn't implement his own physics systems...
