Block Footstep Sound

OK, So I'm thinking about a idea about when you step on blocks it changed sound footsteps (.wav). What I mean is like,

When you step on a Green (Any kind) of block. The Footstep would change to a footsteps of you walking in grass, and when you step on gray (or "gray") blocks it would change to a stone kind of footseps. So basically just like Minecraft footstep change. I know you guys (and me) don't want any Minecraft kind of crap, but I kind of like this idea, what do you think about it?

Yes or No?

I would say it's unnecessary right now, since all of the blocks are the same aside from the way they look. I don't know if any of them actually have special functions, if they did, I think it'd be a good feature, but not too important.

Then your building would be made of grass. And so would the green team. Oh, and the blue team is made of saphire crystals.

Well actually. It would depend, if you're making a green building, it can stay to it's normal block footsteps. What I mean is if the green block is really light (like lime) it can have the normal footsteps wav. Then the ocean blocks (blue) could be transparent.
