Giving ammo (munition) and grenats

Hello.
What about give half of your "ammo (munition)" and "grenats" to soldier from your team by pressing:
"SHIFT + O" and you must have players "nickname" highlighted in front sight for giving ammo
"SHIFT + P" and you must have players "nickname" highlighted in front sight for giving grenats
good idea???

Game will be:
- More realistic
- More team building activity (only teams will have this feature)
- More funny (no out of ammo in critical situations)
- More collective, team spirit

On-topic, I think Shift+O/P is hard to reach i.e. if you're moving or aiming you'll have to take your hand off the mouse, although the idea itself isn't bad.
