When will AoS get an update?

It's been like 2 months since Ben has posted on Twitter and there hasn't been an update on their website since July either. What's the deal. Are the devs dead or something? lol.

When will AoS get an update? No idea.
More the question is, will AoS ever get an update? To which the answer is, probably not.
It's down to Jagex to decide, we have no control over it. Evidently they had a meeting regarding it and they 'can't reveal the outcome' of it..
If it was down to me, I'd release it this instant, and that's what we're pushing for.

@thegrandmaster: if I understood you well, this means that Ben has abandonned/will likely abandon further AoS development ?
I have been suspecting this for a long time, sad news....

If ben is ever going to abandon it, screw Jagex and post a download to .76 before they realize what's happening. Ben then moves to Mexico where he receives money making love to Latino women. He then becomes rich and forms his own game company, where he has total control over the releases and doesn't have to deal with deuce.... I mean Jagex.

Well the open beta is already here, why don't we (us forum folk) all just abandon 0.75 and just play 0.76? Of course the servers will have to get updated though.
