Unkickable player/(mabye?) unbannable

This has happened two times on two different servers. If someones name is I Don't know the game thinks that's the reason so it votekicks kik or fails completely. I think this is serious because hackers could actually use this and only a admin watching would know. I don't know if you cant ban them or not. I hope this can be fixed!

Using xXSnipahxX's example, if you want to initiate a votekick against the player "/ Â$Đñ" (Top of green leaderboard), you just type "/votekick #18"

But there are exceptions. On aloha last team standing, some guy with some weird characters in his name dared us to votekick him. When I tried, even with the number beside his name, an "invalid parameters" error came up, and he could not be kicked.
