How do you show a banner in a message?

If by banner, you mean signature, you copy and paste the code shown on the front page for the corresponding pic.
If you dont want one from the front page, well its a bit more complicated.

Hope not. If it is though, well, the devs made a horrible choice. They would lose alot of players. It might even finish entirely.

With this yes it may stop the development there and then. If so i hope they do what minecraft did. Have a classic server area then the full version if you purchase.

Umm i dont know because MinecraftSP doesnt ask for a password only a username. so even if you did set one up no one could go into it.
