Sometimes a votekick just doesn't work. An obvious aim bot doesn't get kicked because not enough enough people vote in time.
So I suggest that if a player has A) scored more than 5 head shots in under 7 seconds and B) kills someone who has just respawned withing 3 seconds more than twice, than that player shall be declared a "Hot Shot" by the server. Being declared a "Hot Shot" means only one thing: You are stripped of your immunity to friendly fire.
Now I know that these players should just be outright kicked for using aimbots. However, a legitimate player might get lucking and meet these two conditions. I only purpose Hot Shot snubbing as a means for players to deal with aimbots that are on the same team. If an aimbot can't get vote kicked, than the user behind that aimbot could at least be frustrated by the fact that his friendly fire immune teammates are not going to tolerate his shenanigans and shot him when they get the chance.
I know I wouldn't tolerate a teammate using cheats.
