Each team gets two transport-choppers and 1 jeep. Jeeps would just jump into higher ground, it wouldn't need to be too realistic. When it hits a ledge that is +2-blocks high, it takes damage and stops. Soldiers would need to exit the vehicle and make a ramp for the jeep to climb, or just find an another route. Falling into water would destroy the jeep, so building bridges would be a must.
Choppers would be, of course, very VERY fragile. Crashing into a block would instantly destroy the chopper, landing too fast would instantly destroy the chopper, and getting hit by about 20 bullets would destroy it, no matter what weapon. When/if we got an AA-weapon, the bullet-resistance would naturally be increased, but not removed. Destroyed vehicles would spawn at the same time as the players (Wave-respawn), and you couldn't drive the vehicles until you got 20 kills, just so griefers couldn't get their hands on them so easily.
