Kick option and Aimbot

I have played this game for about a week now. Every game I get into and start doing good I get called a hacker because i get a headshot. Then the same people calling me a hacker are hackers and repeatedly kill people over and over until they end up vote kicking everybody off. Somebody take away the kick option please because a person that doesn't hack gets kicked for hacking when they did nothing wrong. And somebody PLEASE make a way for aimbot to go away or Ace of Spades will never be an enjoyable game. I just got kicked off of a aloha.pk server by two hackers, reason: I was hacking, reality: they got mad that I killed them a couple times so they decided to hack and kill me about a thousand times then kick me because after 10 minutes of dying i get one good shot on them quick enough to kill them. Somebody that has authority in ace of spades and somebody that can program well please take my words and think about them. Ace of Spades is going to fall to hackers and theres nothing the non-hackers can do about it unless somebody finds a way to stop this nonsense. Anytime somebody dies they yell hacker and try to votekick the person that killed them off so take away the votekick option. I'd rather have to leave a server and come back later to play than to get global banned because a couple of hackers get rage fever and want me gone for no reason at all other than just killing them fairly.

UPDATE: I just went back and tried to join a server and now I am global banned for no reason at all.

Start playing on places like Minit Assault and CTF. The admins are really watchful on Assault. As the server will say from time to time: "Don't start meaningless votekicks." Or something like that. There's really little to be done, because just say, "If I was REALLY hacking, you would have all left by now." Be sure, since you say the people who scream 'hacker' are hackers themselves, to call them hypocrites. Be calm about it. Unless they unreasonably force the matter, don't get pissy. So the 'kick' option should NOT be removed, rather start a votekick yourself and mark the reason as 'unreasonable chatspam, accusation and complaining'. Usually shuts them up, or better, gets them kicked.

So go talk to the guys at Aloha and ask to have your ban removed. Be sure to explain in good detail so there's no misunderstanding. Try their website and email them, and I think they have an IRC (not sure though).

UPDATE: I just went back and tried to join a server and now I am global banned for no reason at all.

Last I heard, you don't get global banned unless you're caught severely violating the rules by someone with access to the list. Typically involving using an aimbot.

Guess those votekicks might not have been as false as you claim.

As far as I know I got global banned because I've tried to join other non-aloha servers and it said banned...so yeah.

Go to http://blacklist.spadille.net/ and check your status in the bottom right-hand corner.

Yeah I had checked that last night and it said I was global banned, I even saw my name: Banned. This morning however I'm not banned. I guess somebody saw my post and unbanned me, idk. Either way I'm unbanned.

it was a temporary ban, next time you get a permanent. It was a warning.

The whole system is messed up. Deuces think if they die that the person who killed them is a hacker (I used to be part of this group).

And then if you get accused and you happen to make a lucky streak, your as good as blacklisted.
