As the title says. My suggestion is a new improved killfeed. Kinda like GTA IV, in multiplayer killfeed.
Examples:
deuce13 (atomized) newbie(granade)
cancer (Eff`d up) urmum (SMG)
people (sprayed) nameless (shotgun)
this guy (Smiley Faced) pewp (rifle)

Yeah, that would get pretty annoying after a while. And it seems a bit immature to be honest. That's my humble opinion though. Also, it could get out of hand.
