A Minor Chat Tweak

So, I've found it annoying at times that you're only allowed to type one line in the chat, then it just cuts you off and you need to continue to another line.
i.e: EXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLE -> Enter
EXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLE -> Enter
Sometimes I like typing large stories out to people, and I have to awkwardly stop to go to another line. So, I believe that if you type too much for one line, it should transfer it to the next line after hitting enter.
i.e: EXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLE
EXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLEEXAMPLE -> Enter
(Though it should probably be limited to 2-3 lines to prevent massive spam.)
