You might want to follow these instructions.Once you've followed the instructions, if you, as a mac user, can actually follow instructions, here's how you'd join servers (e.g. this is for Minit Assault; note that there is a simple antigrief on said server). Open a Terminal in the directory you installed Ace of Spades into (on my laptop it's installed at ~/.wine/drive_c/Ace\ of\ Spades\ 0.75), and type this in:
wine client.exe -aos://3819391052:32887
Yes, you need the dash before the aos:// UURL.
1.0 is quite likely to have a Mac version provided the dev team can get their hands on a Mac and XCode and all the bajillibytes of crap you need to do a simple "Hello World" on a Mac - after all, they already have plans for a Linux version and it runs on Linux natively.
Having said that, as a Mac is basically an overpriced PC, the chances of you having a decent enough graphics card to run the damn thing are quite low. But for now, Wine will do.
I also think that you would get lots of more people buying this game if u made it Mac friendly.
I think we could do with lots less people at the moment. But lots more people paying the developers would be good.
