What weapon you would like in Ace of Spades " POLL "

is only going to import simple guns due

I don't understand why not. It is in my opinion an interesting mechanic and would give guns better roles.

I'd love the idea of having Mortars/HMG's as a deploy-able weapon (airstrikes are kinda boring to me)

Not a primary weapon, but a weapon that can be picked up from in-front of the command tent, and carried in one of your spare slots.

It would take a few seconds to set up, and then would be ready to use.

These weapons would have a decent amount of ammunition, good for holding a point.

They would be more defensive weapons, to be set up in bunkers (or in the mortars case, in a foxhole) to provide support for your team.

I imagine 2 of each weapon would be fine.

The weapons can be used against you if an enemy should catch one, so you would have to be careful about placement, to prevent griefers feeding the enemy your support weapons, have it so that when an enemy uses said weapon they only have 50% of current ammo to use.

The weapons would respawn back at the tent after 3-5 minutes of inactivity, or 30 seconds after they run out of ammo.

Just something I think would be cool.

I don't understand why not. It is in my opinion an interesting mechanic and would give guns better roles.

For example, a player with fast movement speed would practically be guaranteed to get the intel cap every time. Just outrun everyone and enjoy easy caps.

Ben said its between WW2 and Vietnam war And in WW1 there were no SMG or even Assault rifles only Rifles and HMG ( oh yeah and mortars where there making the real atmosphere of ww1 with all that shells hitting the dirt around your trench )
