Possible steam version? and server hosting through steam?

Hi, i love this game and am wondering if there are any plans to have the game avaliable through steam once it goes
version 1?

i am asking because i would personally gain from being able to play and host servers via steam, i say this because my isp give me fully unmetered use of steam, i can download upload ect. from steam and it doesnt count towards my quota
(200gb per month).

i was reading the wiki for more info about hosting a server and was dismayed that server hosting currently uses about 1.15gb per hour of my quota when an capacity and this would drain my quota to nothing in just over 7 days.

but if i could host through steam this would not be the case.

if there are no plans thats ok to ill continue to play just not host.

Sounds pretty cool. o: I wouldn't mind running this through Steam, and there is an AoS Steam Group, and if bcoolface somehow gets it onto Steam, it'd be good publicity.
