Ok, so

If you fire from the hip and aim down your sights, you can see that the accuracy is 100% identical, like, you don't need to aim down your sights, you basically shoot and the bullet will hit the white dot.

I think that there should be a inaccuracy then you fire from the hip.

Reply or I will shot you in the back.

Uhhhh i don't see much cons in this suggest, but how much inaccuracy? What about 10-20%?

To use the smg decently well you just about have to crouch in every gun fight. I personally think the smg and other weapons are already fine the way they are. Hip-fire would cause the smg to become OP and would decrease the skill in which it takes to use that and the other weapons.

I think it might be good, just don't make the rifle's accuracy awful, maybe a little bit bigger than the current circle, and make the SMG like twice as big or something. the shotgun's also should be kind of big, but it really depends on how many pellets are there and how much damage they do

If you think about it, hovering over an enemy being able to hold shoot and get %100 accuracy is a bit OP. As I said, guns like the smg decrease recoil when crouching. With hip-fire accuracy your bullets wouldn't spread and you'd basically have an aimbot in your hands.

The only good thing I see from what the OP said is that you'd have to take our right sights. That would mean people couldn't just spray, which is a good thing. It'd all depend on how Ben would make it work out in the long wrong does this ever actually get added in to the game.

It is OP now, by your logic, but with the suggestion in the OP implemented, it would be less OP, because there would be a shit-ton of spread.

Recoil becomes godawful when hipfiring so this would be unnecessary.

I think you misunderstood the OP.

The poster said that as things are now, hipfire and aiming down the sights have the same accuracy. He is suggesting to solve that by adding an accuracy reduction if you are hipfiring.

I think I might have misunderstood it too, what I mean is that the guns should be less accurate when hip-firing. or maybe I understood it, I don't know. but yeah, this is a good idea.

i say that it should be if the player is moving fast it will have a big bullet spread but if ur not moving then hip firing would have a small bullet spread.
