So idea is to make a chat like on facebook. You can add your friends (people from forum) and then if they are online you can chat with them. Design would be same as on facebook.

Like a shoutbox in Xenforo.
I don't think PHPBB supports it such like a plugin.
Also use the IRC.
You have already made a topic on this and TheGrandMaster told you what to do.
You will probabaly get warned now.

Well if you go to "Forum Suggestions" he already asked and the Forum Admin TheGrandMaster told him what to do.
Well now he has made another post asking the same thing so im expecting he would be getting warned.
