I am here to celebrate the release (somewhat late) of an awesome expansion to an awesome game!
I SHALT NOW PROCEED TO PRESENT THE THING!
The Storyline:
You are living happily with your mom, playing and doing kid stuff, when suddenly your Paula Deen-sized mom hears a voice from "God" ( I don't personally think that it is the god religious people love) telling her that you are corrupted by sin. She then proceeds to take away all that is evil from your life (including pants). Again, the voice calls her, telling that you need to be separated from basically everything, as she locks you in your room. A last time, she hears the voice, grabs a knife from the kitchen. Seeing her, you proceed to run around you room, trying to hide. When you finally find a trapdoor under your rug, she bursts through your door, just as you jump in the unknown.

Gameplay:
It is a top-down-retro-zelda-like-onelife-rpg-dualstick-shooter (say that one ten times fast :D). The great thing of the game is the randomness: each time you play, you get new rooms, new bosses, new enemies, new items (over 150 vanilla+an expansion pack). You may die quite a lot, but the randomness of the whole game will make you want to try again, until you get a great combination of items, tearing through anything like foam.
I think I went around the whole vanilla thing.
The Binding of isaac: Wrath of the lamb:
What if they added more of everything, 50% more items, a whole new gameplay element? A new ending? What if that was only 3 more bucks for it? Well it happened. AND IT IS AWESOMAZING.
My favorite Let's Players:
Northernlion: A great player, over 150 episodes of gameplay. I reccomend starting when he got wrath of the lamb, to get up to date gameplay.
ZackScottGames: Good player, about 75 episodes, plus WOTL episodes.
I think that's about it.
Oh, I forgot a thing: IT COSTS ONLY FIVE BUCKS ON STEAM! Eight, if you want the extension (must have, dare I say)
Well, discuss.
