I believe if we have mortars an explosion will cause a 3x3x2 explosion (2 being into the ground) and would replace some ground blocks around with grey shrapnel for effect.

Well, i heard that anti-tank rifles like PTRD and PZB were used to hunt down bigger animals like elephants etc.
By the way, it's almost the same thing.

A bit much don't you think, and think of the lag if a bunch of people were using it at the same time.

Honestly, I don't lle this idea. I have enough of a problem with ordinary griefers, give them the Ultimate tool, and it would be equivalent to giving a terrorist the pass codes to the US's nuclear silos.

There is no point in this, people hardly build as is, and I wouldn't build anything if I knew that people would just be ale to mow it down with the ultimate OP weapon.

Why are people still discussing this anyways? Theres no way to balance this without making it hardly recognizable as a weapon and the concept itself it just horrible, especially when people are just now finally acknowledging the fact the building isnt as useful as it should be.

I agree with people here that it may be a little bit too overpowered, so we need more cons for the gun than pros.
Pro's:
Immense Power
Insta-Kill
3 Block penetration
Cons:
Low ammo
Constant Reloads
Slow Reloads
Slower walking
More vulnerable
Gun model is HUGE (easy to see)

I still don't think it is really balanced, but I also don't think it could be balanced after all. I rather see a pistol or HMG first.

We already have rifles that can one-shot with some skill, and shotguns are already quite decent at short range, so why do we need this?
