It Might be possible to edit the spectator into some sort of kill streak?

Hmm, not a bad idea. Hopefully more advanced killstreaks will be implemented soon.

no killstreaks, airstrikes are B.S. enough.
I don't see why more people don't makes forts. even if not useful, they're a lot of fun

it would be cool to have something like that, but I think some mortar that does not use an updating mini-map, or just uses an iron sight would be the best for this type of thing.

You people do realize that the airstrike is not an official part of the game right? its part of pyspades.

Check the Do Not Suggest List, I'm sure killstreaks are inside

Killstreaks are unfair : awarding best killers with more kills, deuces will love... and beside, does any real army considers killsteaks :

"it's a hell of a fire here ! We need a support ! NOW"
"your air support is ready, but unless one of your squadmates kills 10 enemies, we will not launch it"

About stingers, you may think it like a remote-controlled missile, actually the Stinger is a shoot-and-forget missile who auto follows its target. It's mostly used against helicopters and not footsoldiers, who do not produce enough heat to be targeted by the missile.

So it's a no for me. No killstreak, that's both unfair and very annoying when you miss it.

Killstreaks are not suitable for the game pretending to be tactical. Airstrikes are good, but they must be connected to something else instead of killstreaks.

I have another idea about how to launch airstrikes : an artillery battery located somewhere on the map

That's simple, the team who is holding the battery can shoot 1 airstrike per minute. The player controlling the artillery chooses where to strike.

In case you did not notice, this game is set before the invention of predator missiles, so it seems kinda illogical to me to request them

Predator missiles weren't invented yet, but German V1 and V2 rockets (which are pretty much the same thing) did exist.

Yes, the V2...this missile had an accuracy of 10km, useless except to bomb large cities such as London. The only direct-controlled airstrike possible would be a kamikaze (would be fun anyway)

"Airstrikes" that would fit with WWII are :
-artillery strike : the classic airstrike
-chemical artillery strike : makes light damage over a long time and decreases sight within the area
-air support : attack planes that cause far less damage than artillery, but last until shot down

DNSL, there are airstrikes already to suffice your needs.
