What do you think will happen in 2012?

my list:

AoS will go back to releasing new updates twice a month.

The first commercial space craft will dock with the ISS before March. The actual date is schedule for feb 7th, based on past performance the date will slip by at least a week. This will be one of the most significant achievements in this century, paving the way for a true space faring civilization. The media will spend approximately 45 seconds covering it followed by 15 minutes taking about some minor celebrity who has a show will less viewership than people that play AoS.

Will we see many companies going out of business because they jumped on the f2p bandwagon. They will treat f2p like a goldmine and make horrible decisions and run out of money.

I think, as rumored, there will be more systems out in the gaming community. With that new games, play styles, and more. Games will evolve and become new.

With all that, I think AoS will be affected by this and changed by these.

I can't shake the feeling there will be an earthquake or something in Asia.
Iphone 5, I'm calling it.
Next, Next gen consoles being unveiled.
This game will gain about a million followers in the middle of the year, and a huge update (all that or the game dies).
Mass chaos, looting, violence, and suicide in December.
The world won't end.

2013:
The new apocalypse date will be around 2045. Calling that too.

There might be a next generation console in 2012. But my 5 year prediction is souped up android powered dvd players replacing dedicated game consoles.

There will be a hurricane that somehow reaches into the middle of America or Asia.

Half Life 2: Episode 3 comes out near the end of the year.

Skyrim DLC.

SOPA and ProtectIP bills will both finally die.

There's the olympics this year right? 2012 London summer games I believe? Meh, anyways, US will win the most total medals as always regardless of where it's held.

The 2012 US presidential election will make the 140% of the russian population voting incident of recent memory look as legit as the sky being blue.

Riots, rebellion, and general violence against oppressive governments will reach an almost unbelievable scale this year.

More history will be made in 2012 than the entire twentieth century combined. Mark my words.
