Master Connection Established/Lost Problem

Call me an idiot, but this is truly annoying me. When I run pyspades, I've portforwarded and everything, except people can't come on. I've allowed access through my firewall, and they still can't get on. I have an odd feeling this has something to do with it : http://imgur.com/7Vz29
