[Tutorial-Tool] How to test my map

Hi,

Seeing lots of you have the same question I had when I first started AOS.

"How do I just run my map?"

The solution should be simple, but it is not so i decided to make a testing script.

First off you need pyspades:

Unzip the dist folder anywhere you like.

open the dist folder, and unzip this into it:
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1660874/Download/runmap.zip

make sure you say it is ok to overwrite the config file.

Now all you need to do is put your map in the pyspades maps folder, and rename it to map.vxl

go back to the dist folder, and doubleclick on the _RUN - copy.bat

wait for a second or 2, and pyspades should load, and after it pings google twice it will load AoS, and your map 8).

Now in the future, all you need to do is put any file names map.vxl into the maps folder, and run the batch file to test :)
