Where would I find the .txt file?(And more)

Ok so I'm making a CTF map, and I have the .vxl, but I don't know where I can find the .txt
^^that is my main issue, but here is a question:

I don't know if this'll be a good map, so could someone take a look at the render and give me their opinion. It is called 'Moontest'


Edit: I can't seem to be able to copy/paste the render >:C Could someone tell me E.E

You have to make one so of the map was called ctf.vxl the. It would be ctf.txt.
Add this to your .txt file:
