Triple Block Jump

Today I was playing Aloha Last Team Standing on the facingworlds map and noticed something funny. There were a few people who were getting out of the spawn early. One of them later said that they could jump three blocks high and get out of the cage before the timer was up. They appeared to be crouching while jumping or something else, but I'm not sure how it was done.

If someone could please private message Ben (bcoolface), me, or one of the other admins/moderators how this is done, we would greatly appreciate it so that we could tell Ben and he could patch it and prevent abuse.

Haha, this one guy did this once, and basically raped us all with grenades.
