Fell too far, but didn't fall at all?

I have noticed this happening recently, on my server and others, where people will randomly die and it announces that the player/s fell too far, even when not moving and completely on land. This never happened to me before the update, and it has happened to me on multiple servers, both with and without pyspades.

This happened to me in babel. Its from a major lag spike, which is a game glitch.

This happens to me on a vanilla server on some high maps like Antic Bridge.
Don't worry just go on a different server or ask the admin why this is happening.
