Crashing if resolution is smaller than 526x526

If you set your resolution below 526x526 and try to open your map, it crashes your game. Not a big deal, but I kinda want to play at 640x480 for a FPS boost.

The maps are 512X512 so you wouldn't be able to open the map in a resolution less than that. Just something to consider.

Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking. Seems like the only way to fix it would be shrinking the map, and that would take a ton of detail out of it. I guess they could just cut it off at the sides of your screen though.

640x480 still has a 4:3 screen ratio, right? Just use 800x600. It would still be the same in full screen.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

Well, at 800x600 I get about 20-30 FPS. At 640x480 I stay at 60 FPS, so I'd like to use 640x480 but then I can't open my map.

Hmm. True. I can't run AoS Properly on a 1200x900 resolution mode with a 1600x900 monitor w/o lag.

Hopefully Mat^2's client will improve this. It uses actual hardware acceleration.

I run it at 1680X1050 resolution on a 5 year old laptop and no problems whatsoever.
