Stops responding

Every 5 minutes the game stops responding... I'm on Windows 7. A fix for this?
CPU: AMD Athlon II Quad 645 @3.10Ghz

I'm playing on W7, too, yet this hasn't happened to me yet.

Try again, maybe it's just a fluke.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

happens randomly on my computer. Win Vista x64 Home Premium.
no biggie, just click on the server link again and another client (AoS) window opens. you don't even need to close the crashed one.

possibly a software/hardware issue? did you check the event viewer to see what's up?
since AoS doesn't use much CPU, GPU or RAM, I don't think it could be loading anything down to where it makes errors, or causes overheating.

Hasn't done it lately. Might be because editing the config files and changing the controls, I doubt it has anything to do with software/hardware because my system specs are: Quadcore 3.1GHz, GeoForce GT 520, and 4GB RAM, and all and video drivers are up to date...

Sorry for bumping this thread, but I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it happens right when I join, other times it happens in the middle of a game. Someone should really look into this issue, you could have a nasty bug in your code.
