Could an admin please post a list of ongoing blacklist hackers so others can also post or list cheaters aswell please?
This ip was removed this guy even though warned openly kept using cheats i encourage people to add it to your lists.

This is pretty much what the GBL (http://blacklist.spadille.net/) is for. We have a group of trusted individuals who issue bans enforced across a large number of servers. What proof do we have that the person who's IP you posted was even cheating? We have nothing to go on besides your word. Also, this isn't a bug report.
