Rapid Hack Detected (Shotgun)

I was using the shotgun, and I was just shooting randomly I don't know why. But I got kicked for rapid hack, why does this happen?
And I had high ping, around the 400ms.

i have been kicked for hacking to i just say like my new hacks and they dont kick me any more.
