It's because you're trying to get in the same server multiple times.

Maybe you clicked the server you want to go in more than once?

I think it may have been because when editing my username I accidently edited the resolution...

Do I reinstall?

no, just change the resolution back to something like 800x600. if you want it to be larger and you get the error, try setting it into a window, I think it should work then
