Cant get on a Server?

When i click on a server to join it say's launch application or do nothing, i press launch application and nothing happen's. I was playing on a server a day ago but now it aint working? Could someone please help me?!?!

Ok i've realized that when i go into my cmd and i say ipconfig/all it tells me that my IP Enabled is turned to No, i'm guessing that i need to change that to Yes. Any help will be useful, thanks

Launch it with client.exe.
