Out if the way but killed after bug

Lots of times I am being shot at, I duck behind cover, but the game thinks that I was still where I was before so the bullets hurt me and I die. Anyone else got this bug?

Firstly use this format about the bug:

I know what is wrong, you have bad Internet (ping) delaying you some server lag.
Nothing can be done about this.

Link you aren't a mod for this forum, plus I don't have to use a format if I didn't want to, PLUS It might not even be what you think it is.
