Jumping/Shaking people?

Everyone, including my team always start jumping up and down super fast or shaking whenever they crouch, and when you are in water, you appear completely invisible. It's so annoying! Anyone know how to fix this?
Don't care what anybody else thinks, you are great at this game.

This only happens while you are spectating someone, and it's very annoying.

Definitely a bug.
