I cannot get the game to let me run any of the maps, i cannot play anything except for one map

What happens if you don't run that map? Does it crash? Errors? I need more info.

Make sure you have the map downloaded and put into the "vxl" folder for vanilla server, or "maps" folder for pyspades.
