Please help me, I cant join any servers anymore.

When I click on a server to join nothing happens.
I'm not on the blacklist. I have downloaded the game but it still happens anyway.
Before this problem happened, there always popped up a small window that asked me to "confirm" i think and another option that said "do nothing" i got annoyed about this window popping up, so i checked the little box that said something about "never ask me again" and then clicked confirm.
I don't know if I can reset my game back to when the window popped up, can anyone please help me?
