No, not at all. The current zombie mode has no "infection" implementation, the forced switching of teams etc. They are quite different. Though I'd say this is just a more refined zombie mode.

I understand, but its along the same lines. Sure this infection gimmick will add to the game.
I'm not trying to bash the idea! It sounds like a lot of fun actually. I'm assuming that the zombies will be powerful and not just walking coffins like in the current Zombies game, right? Anyhoo, goodluck.
