I'm a kind of defensive attacker..
By defensive I mean that I stay down a lot if I'm behind the wall rather than staying up and ducking afterwards (big difference between me, and say.. mikuli who is very attackive).
By attacker I mean that I will tend to try and move boundaries up the map and then defend them rather than pushing all the way.

That's how I play when in matches against reasonable opposition, pub games are a whole different matter.. I just run and shot people.

Lol. I mostly give the enemy the most annoying problem ever; a SMG sniper. I cover the person going for the intel. If they try to shoot them instead of me, well another captured intel for us.

You can handle the recoil of the SMG, making you a big threat. Congratz, you get merit.

Sniper Flank

My definition of going to the side of the map and often stop to snipe if I see someone. Once I reach the enemy's side of the map, there are 2 options:
Option A (Visible intel): Grab and run back to base.
Option B (No intel): Stay and spawn camp.

I use the exact same strategy, and it's pretty effective.

Depends on the map, the amount of buildings on the map, and the amount of players on the server. When there are lots of people on a map like Goon Assault, with building shit everywhere, what I do is survey the situation, look where people are dying most, and where there is tons of cover. This usually takes a couple of deaths, but its worth it. After that, I just move along the bits of cover. I let my allies charge ahead, and try to save as many of them as I can with accurate sniper fire. I do this to try and organise a spawncamping situation. Then it becomes fun.

Otherwise, I crouch snipe, always moving, and always trying to adapt to the situation. If I'm playing Kodiak, one of the best players in my timezone, I just move along very cautiously, and mark it up as a win if I get him.

I just play babel all the time,
First I dig a tunnel to the side of the enemy stairs, make a 2 block hole on the surface and cover the sides of the hole with blocks.
Then I rape the least reinforced layer of the enemy staircase with an SMG, and after I run out of ammo, I go rambo with nades and spades.

If map is wide and open, dig a trench, or build a building, hide, and only pop my head out to kill. I would use rifle.
If map is medium range, dig a trench, or rush the enemy with grenades and a SMG.
If map is close quarters, run around with an SMG, shoot people, go grenadier, go all rambo with a spade
If map is trench, use shotgun, sap every enemy building in site.

Run like an idiot to the enemie base, build 2 blocks high wall and CTRL rape.

I like doing parkour jump shots.

I set up different sized pillars and stuff, then jump from one to the other, killing people midair. Helps with your no-scopes to if you are practicing those.
