Is Ace of Spades broken?

I remember the site went down a day or 2 ago and almost all the aloha servers are gone. So i try connecting to other severs but it keeps saying the server is full. This even happens when theres 0 people on it at all! Refreshing doesn't help at all since nothing really changes when i do that. Help!!! D:
