Tip: Platinum, I suggest you actually ask clan leaders if they want to participate in this or not. It's only fair that people are aware that they're in a tournament. I mean how can you organise one if the clan has no idea they're in it? You also don't know if they will refuse or not, or if they will reply at all.
Also as far as I know, teams are selected by random. Not sure how you're gonna do that since each leader has to be present in one spot to see that it is all done in random.
