How do I make a clan???

I want to know how to make a clan for AoS, but not just a clan tag or something, but and official clan with it's own server and stuff.

thanks for that, but how would i make my world more popular, instead of just me and maybe a couple of my friends getting on that server.
Also, how would i "officially" make people in my clan?

You can advertise your server here and here tells you how to create a clan.
