Updating the votekick system

2 things that I think will improve the votekick system is to have a /cancel vote that cancels the votekick it would need the same amount of players to cancel as approving it does, It would allow us to cancel abusive kicks "Dis guy is stoopid " or " OMG HAKOR NOB!!!11!!!!one!!! " and " Sapping our structures ". the second is to make it more notice-able like appearing on the top of the screen in big red letters.

Cons: The person in question could use other clients to cancel it.

Thoughts?

I would prefer to not have huge letters popping up on my screen distracting me. Though, I do kinda like the idea of being able to cancel a pointless vote kick.

Rather than that I'd like to see two simultaneous votes go off. One for yes, one for no.
If the yes votes pass then the player is kicked.
If the no votes pass then the kick is canceled.
If not enough votes go though for the yes, then it is simply canceled as well.
