Votekick GUI

There should be a small GUI that opens when we press a certain button (lets say, F5 or something). There, you can type the ID or the nickname of who you want to votekick, and there would be a small list of reasons(e.g Hacker, Griefer, Being Racist/annoying, etc). This would make votekicking more user-friendly and easier.
This would allow servers to set the time of the kick depending on the reason, so someone being racist would be kicked for less time than a griefer, that would be kicked for less time than a hacker.
I won't try to make the GUI because I suck pretty bad at editing images =P

Yeah, would somehow reduce the amount of useless votekicks, like Deuce1 kick Deuce2 for reason being gay and stuff.
But i wonder how to implement this....

Before this, I'd rather Votekicks become more apparent and visible to other players.
